I wrote How to mentor software engineers, but not everyone has access to mentors and mentees around them. Some companies have sprung up to try to help match people up. Here are some I’ve found:
- Merit (free): tech mentorship, focused on under-networked tech workers
- Mentors in Tech (free): mentorship for US community college students who are trying to break into tech
- CodeMentor (paid): paid mentorship for software developers
- MentorCruise (paid): paid mentorship from senior engineers and engineering managers
